Re:         SHA Annual General Meeting Summary

The following is a summary of what occurred at the recent SHA Annual Meeting held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at the Saskatoon Inn in Saskatoon. Attached is a copy of the SHA Audited Financial Statement and Executive Summary; 2010/11 SHA Registration Report; and the two Notices of Motion that were approved and will be placed in the SHA Handbook for the 2011/12 season. Please note that the SHA Board of Directors previously approved Regulation changes for the 2011/12and these are posted on the SHA website and were emailed to all Associations/Leagues.

Notice of Motion

As per SHA Bylaw 2.08.01 b) i) & ii), the SHA Board of Directors approved, at their April Board meeting, amendments to a variety of SHA Regulations. Within the attached document is the new wording of the Regulations that are affected.  These changes are in place for the 2011-12 season.
