LEARNING OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM
Below you will find information on how to run an on-ice clinic in your community. The Referee's Division has set aside funding to assist communities that are interested in making ice available to host on-ice clinics following the regular classroom clinic that all officials must attend each season. Communities hosting a classroom clinic on the weekends have the option to host an on-ice session immediately following the classroom session. The on-ice session is not a requirement for officials to register for the season.
All junior and new officials are encouraged to watch for notification from communities hosting such a clinic. There is no fee charged as officials are encouraged to attend. Such a session will be a great asset to you in your development as an official.
If you would like help putting on an on-ice clinic or if you require more information please contact Trent Cey - Manager, Officiating @ 306-789-5101 or TrentC@sha.sk.ca
For times and locations of on-ice clinics, check out clinic registration on the web-site.
